Ours Restaurant presents the all-new Summer Menu – filled with refreshing drinks and great food, made from the finest seasonal ingredients – inspired by the very best of the Tuscany region.

With summer in full swing and the weather as unpredictable as ever, it’s time to let Ours Restaurant bring the outside in, with the all-new Summer Menu. Walk through the magical tunnel, abloom with summer flowers, and treat yourself to flavour-filled Italian food, made from the very best seasonal ingredients and inspired by the renowned Tuscany region, where Head Chef Douglas Santi spent many summer holidays throughout his childhood.

With more than 25 years of invaluable experience, Head Chef Douglas Santi has travelled the globe honing his craft and developing his unique culinary flair, including hugely successful spells as Chef de Partie for Alain Ducasse early in his career. Douglas has drawn upon his expertise, while also taking inspiration from his childhood, heritage and a recent trip back to Tuscany, to focus on the freshest seasonal flavours that echo the simplicity of Italian cooking, for the new Summer Menu.

Diners can kick things off with a wonderful array of starters, such as Burrata D’Andria with heritage tomatoes, Wild Prawns Pil Pil with chili & tomatoes, and Beef Carpaccio with Pantelleria capers & Dijon mustard. Whether you choose to indulge in the likes of Homemade Focaccia Pugliese, Crispy Feta Kataifi and Halloumi Popcorn while you wait for your main course, or decide to sample a fresh Summer Leaves salad, the Summer Menu has everything you need for the perfect culinary curtain-raiser.

Featuring delicious vegan, vegetarian, meat and fish options, including Cornish Lamb Cutlets with harissa & aubergine, Marango Marezzato Fiorentina Steak with roasted potatoes & green beans, and Home Smoked Chalk Stream Trout with ginger & orange, as well as Homemade Summer Truffle Ravioli with Taleggio and San Marzano Tomato Risotto – the Summer Menu offers a delicious taste of Tuscany in every dish.
